If you have a lost or stolen card:
STEP 1 - Login to online banking.
STEP 2 - Select card from "Card management" option.
STEP 3 - Lock Card by moving selector switch from "on" to "off."
STEP 4 - Select "Report card lost/stolen" option from menu.
